How long does it take to get my hosting account setup and ready to use ?

After we have verified your payment for a hosting plan, your account is usually set up within a few hours. Domains are usually registered right away, if the payment is made via our billing system (using paypal). We suggest to add to your email whitelist, to avoid any emails being sent to your junk folder.

In case you have not received any emails or your account has not been setup, please contact us via the live chat or the contact us page. Please provide us your contact details and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible

Can you help me in deciding for a plan? Can I upgrade later?

We would love to suggest a plan for you and also if our regular plans do not meet your requirements, we will be glad to try and suggest a customized solution for you.

You can upgrade to any plan at any time, you will be charged the difference between your current and upgraded plan for the amount of months not used.

For example, if you have 2 GB Personal hosting and wish to upgrade to 6 GB Business hosting after 3 months, the following charges will be applicable.

  • Cost of 2 GB Plan : 150 X 12= 1,800 THB
  • Cost of 6 GB Plan : 350 X 12= 4,200 THB
  • After 3 months, the price for upgrade will be (350 X 9) - (150 X 9)= 1,800 THB

What type of domain name extensions can I register/transfer and use with my hosting plan? Is it necessary to transfer my domain to Lancebridge?

The domain name extensions that we currently offer can be found on our Domain Names page.

However, there is no requirement for transferring an existing domain to us for your hosting account. You can retain your current registrar and use any hosting provider. However, we do offer competitive prices and would suggest to transfer the domain for the ease of use.

My domain name extension is not in your list, can I still use your hosting services? what are your nameservers?

Yes, definitely you can use any domain extension for our hosting plan provided the nameservers are pointing to us. For Linux hosting plans, the nameservers are:

What type of sites are allowed? Are adult sites allowed?

All services provided by Lancebridge may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, State of Florida, the State of Texas, and the United States of America apply. To know more, please read our Terms of service.

If any site is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate the account. In case of termination, all the balance amount on the hosting is forfeited. If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you.

Is there any setup fee? What about 30 day money back guarantee or a trial period?

There is no setup fee or any hidden costs with any of our services, we follow "What you see is what you pay!" policy. We do not offer any free trial period to avoid any fraud/illegal transactions but instead we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We aim to establish long lasting relationships with our customers and are confident that our services will meet their expectations.

What payment methods are accepted?

Our primary payment method is paypal (via our billing system) and we accept major credit cards using paypal. Alternatively, We do accept all major credit cards via a personal payment using If you wish to use this option, Please email us before you place an order at for the details.

Our customers in Thailand can also pay via bank transfers. If you are not in Thailand, and wish to pay via wire transfer, please contact us before placing an order.

We accept payments via bank transfer for the following banks in Thailand.

  • Siam Commercial Bank.
  • Bangkok Bank.
  • Kasikorn Bank.
  • Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya).
  • Thanachart Bank.

However, we require that you send us the scanned copy of the deposit slip via email. Also note that all bank charges for the transaction will be borne by the customer. We DO Not accept cheques or money orders as a form of payment.

How fast are your support replies?

On an average, we reply to a support request or ticket in less than 2 hours. We strive to keep our customers updated on the progress of their ticket.
